CBBG meeting rooms

CBBG meeting rooms in the Barry M. Goldwater Center for Science and Engineering building (GWC) are available for reservation to the ASU community. Please note that reservations cannot be made more than 60 days in advance, and cannot be reserved to hold recurring classes.

Outreach Room (GWC 111)

Training Room (GWC 137)

Size: 31’2” x 29’2” Capacity: 28 Setup: Flexible Amenities: 55” television, video cameras and hanging microphones for video conferencing, ceiling-mounted data projector with drop-down screen, web-enabled computer with document projector, telephone, audio system, 2 whiteboards

Conference Room (GWC 181)

Size: 22’1” x 16’1” Capacity: 10 Setup: Fixed Amenities: conference telephone, two 55” monitors/televisions, web-enabled computer with keyboard and mouse, computer hookups for HDMI, USB, and audio, cameras and ceiling microphones for video conferencing, 2 whiteboards
